This platform provides community-reported and reviewed fraud intelligence for prevention and awareness. A report or warning on this platform is not a judicial finding of guilt. Information may be disputed, corrected or removed following review. Users should independently verify information and report suspected cybercrime to the appropriate authorities. Reports are allegations, not court findings. Learn more

How We Review Reports

  1. Submission. A registered reporter submits identifiers, description, transaction details, and any evidence through the structured report wizard, then accepts a declaration of accuracy.
  2. Verification. The reporter's account trust level (mobile-verified, email-verified, identity-verified) is recorded alongside the report - it affects moderation priority only, never automatic truth.
  3. Evidence Review. Uploaded evidence is hashed (SHA-256) for integrity, and a moderator reviews and accepts, rejects, or restricts each file.
  4. Relationship Analysis. Identifiers shared across multiple reports (same phone, bank account, wallet, website, or social profile) are automatically linked as a suggested relationship for moderator review.
  5. Publication. A moderator applies the platform's transparent publication rules to decide the public status and risk indicator, or requests more information first.
  6. Dispute. Any reported person or business can respond. Disputes are reviewed by a legal reviewer and displayed alongside the original report.
  7. Correction. Moderators can correct typographical errors, wrong categories, or incorrect identifier links, always preserving a version history and audit trail.
