Search the wallet
Enter the wallet ID or number in the search box. Because many wallets are identified by a mobile number, results can come from either a wallet report or a phone number report.
Inside your payment app
- Before confirming, read the name the app displays for the receiver and compare it with the person or business you expect.
- Be careful with payment requests that arrive by message or link; open your app yourself instead of following a link.
- Never share your PIN, password or OTP with anyone, including people claiming to be "support". Genuine providers do not ask for them. See how to check before paying.
- Keep the payment confirmation (screenshot and transaction ID). It is important evidence if something goes wrong.
Whether a completed wallet transfer can be reversed depends on the provider and how quickly it is reported, so contact your provider at once if you think you have been deceived (see what to do after being scammed).
